FAQ: My Web Development Portfolio

What I’ve built, what’s live and what a product like these costs.

Ask me on WhatsApp

What Has Ujjwal Rupakheti Built?

13+ projects with case studies. The SaaS products are Jhino, Eknas, Prishta, Nimtto and Sajilai. The others include HeliGo Nepal, a helicopter charter marketplace; Eutaa, a company operating system; Pustau, a family heritage app; GuruSanga, a guru booking platform; RecruitFlow; websites for Pentagon Carpets and Hotel Aarohi; and two university projects.

Are These Real, Live Products?

Yes. Ten are live on the web today: Jhino, Eknas, Prishta, Nimtto, Sajilai, HeliGo Nepal, Eutaa, Pustau, Pentagon Carpets and Hotel Aarohi. RecruitFlow and CivicSathy run from their public source code, HamroYatra’s front end is live while its backend is paused, and GuruSanga is in development for a client. Each case study links to the live site or the code where there is one.

Did You Build These Projects Yourself?

Yes. I built these products myself, from the database and the API to the interface, payments and SEO. HamroYatra and CivicSathy were university projects for my BSc (Hons) Computing at Itahari International College; Prishta I worked on at Ektukra Digital Agency, reviewing, fixing, testing and deploying it; the others are my own products or were built for clients.

Which Projects Show Your Best Work?

Start with the five SaaS products: Jhino for publishing AI-made apps, Eknas for loyalty cards, Prishta for school report cards, Nimtto for wedding invitations and Sajilai for vehicle rental. Each is live, and each case study shows the architecture, the hard decisions and screenshots of the real product.

Which Technologies Do You Use Most?

Most of my recent products use TypeScript with Next.js or React on the front end, Node with Fastify or Express on the back end, and PostgreSQL or SQLite for data, deployed with Docker behind Cloudflare. I’ve also built in Java and in Python with FastAPI, used Supabase, and added AI features with Gemini.

How Much Would It Cost to Build a Product Like These?

A static website starts from NPR 18,000, a business website with a CMS from NPR 35,000, an online store from NPR 60,000 and the first version of a SaaS product from NPR 70,000. Custom software and management systems are quoted per module. Clients abroad get a fixed quote in USD.

Can I See the Source Code?

Five projects have public repositories on GitHub: Nimtto, HamroYatra, RecruitFlow, Hotel Aarohi and CivicSathy. Jhino, Eknas, Prishta, Sajilai, HeliGo Nepal, Eutaa, Pustau and Pentagon Carpets are live products whose code is kept closed. My coursework and practice projects are public on GitHub too, each linked from this page.
