SEO Strategy & Traffic Drops
We open Search Console together, find which pages and searches lost ground, and separate technical causes from content and competition.
I’m Ujjwal Rupakheti, a full-stack web developer and SEO specialist in Itahari, Nepal. Book a consultation when you need a straight answer from someone who builds websites and ranks them: why traffic dropped, whether to redesign, what to build first, or whether a quote makes sense. 01Topics
One business problem, on the search side, the build side or where the two meet. These are the topics people book most often.
We open Search Console together, find which pages and searches lost ground, and separate technical causes from content and competition.
How to move to a new design or platform without losing rankings: URL mapping, 301 redirects and the content that must stay.
WordPress, Next.js or a custom build, which hosting, and what it will cost to run. For a site you edit every day, I may recommend WordPress.
Products, checkout with eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay, PayPal or card for buyers abroad, and the product data that lets Google show prices.
Turning an idea into a first version small enough to launch: screens, data model and what to leave out. I built and launched Jhino and Eknas this way.
A proposal, an SEO report or code from another vendor, reviewed with you, and a plain answer on what is worth paying for.
02Formats
Most questions fit in the free 30-minute call. When a decision needs me to study your site, code or quotes first, book a longer paid session instead.

Free30 minutes
One decision, one-to-one. Bring your site, your numbers and your question, and leave with a first step you can act on this week.

Quotedwhen you book
A longer working session, with preparation beforehand. The fee depends on how much I need to review, and it is agreed in writing before we start.
03Who it’s for
Founders, small business owners and marketing leads who need a decision more than a deliverable. It works well before you hire a developer or agency, when rankings or enquiries fall, or when you have a plan and want it checked by someone who has shipped similar work.
04The call
The first few minutes confirm the goal and the numbers that matter. Then we go through your site, Search Console or plan together on screen. The last part is the decision: what to do first, what to skip, and whether you need outside help at all, from me or anyone else.
Your numbers and the decision you need to make. You leave with a clear question to answer.
Your site, Search Console data or plan reviewed together. You leave with the likely cause, backed by your data.
Options, costs and the order to do things in. You leave with a first step for this week.
Every call ends with a short summary in writing, so the decision doesn’t depend on anyone’s memory of a phone call, and you can forward it to a partner or a developer.
If the honest answer is to do it yourself, use a simpler tool or hire an agency with more people, I’ll say so. Prefer to read first? Start with my guide on how to do SEO in 2026 or the technical SEO checklist.

06Why me
Many problems that hurt rankings start in the code: slow pages, content that renders blank for crawlers, broken redirects and missing structured data. A marketer can spot them and a developer can fix them, but the fix often waits between two vendors. I do both, so the advice can be built, priced and scheduled.
Organic traffic went from 0 to 1,200 visitors a month in five months, and ad spend dropped by more than 60%.
Google Maps top 3 in eight weeks, with 400% more phone calls that quarter.
3+ years in web development and SEO, 200+ SEO articles, and Full Stack Web Developer at Ektukra Digital Agency since June 2026. More on my about page.

Yes. I work with founders and companies in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and the Gulf. Nepal is UTC+5:45, which overlaps with European mornings and Australian afternoons, so most calls fit inside normal working hours.
Paid work afterwards is quoted and invoiced in USD by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal, and I’m happy to sign an NDA first. Clients in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada and the UAE each have a page on how we’d work.
Cost, preparation, language and what happens next, answered before you ask.
Ask me on WhatsAppYes. The first 30-minute strategy call is free, and there’s no obligation to hire me afterwards. If the call shows you need a full review or ongoing work, I send a fixed quote in writing, for example a technical SEO audit from NPR 15,000 or monthly SEO from NPR 30,000.
It’s quoted when you book, in writing, before we start. The fee depends on how much I need to review beforehand, such as a whole site, a codebase or several quotes, and how long the session runs. Most people start with the free 30-minute call, which shows whether a paid session is worth it.
Your website address, the decision you want to make and any numbers you have, such as monthly enquiries or sales. If you can share Google Search Console or Analytics access, or the quote you are comparing, the call can start from facts instead of guesses.
Yes. Calls can be in Nepali or English, whichever you are more comfortable with, and technical terms are explained in plain words either way. The written summary afterwards can be in either language too, whichever is easier to share with your partners or staff.
Yes, and it’s one of the most useful calls to book. I go through the scope, price and promises line by line and tell you what is standard, what is missing and what is a red flag, such as guaranteed rankings or paid link packages.
Common causes are a Google update, a redesign without redirects, pages accidentally blocked from indexing, a slower site, or competitors publishing better pages. In a consultation we open Search Console together, find which pages and searches lost ground, and separate technical causes from content and competition.
You get a short written summary of what we agreed and your options. If you want me to do the work, I send a fixed-scope proposal with the pages or features, timeline and price before anything starts. If you’d rather do it yourself, the summary is yours to use.
A consultation is a conversation about one decision. A technical SEO audit is a written review of your whole site, covering crawling, speed, structured data and content, with every issue listed and prioritised. An audit starts from NPR 15,000, and a consultation is often how we decide whether you need one.
Yes. I help founders scope SaaS products and business software: the features of the first version, the data model, payments and hosting. A SaaS product’s first version with me starts from NPR 70,000 and usually takes 6 to 12 weeks to build; custom software is quoted per module.
