01Who I am

Who is Ujjwal Rupakheti?

Ujjwal Rupakheti is a web developer and SEO specialist from Itahari, Nepal. I build products end to end, from the database to the search result, and 13+ of them have case studies. I work at Ektukra Digital Agency as a Full Stack Web Developer, after starting there in SEO content strategy and QA bug testing.

Most clients hire me because one person handles both the build and the search side. The person who writes the code also fixes the title tags, the structured data and the page speed, so nothing waits in a queue between two vendors. I also write. I wrote tech articles and gadget reviews for Gadgets in Nepal from 2024 to 2025, and I have written scripts for Fact Nepal. Across these roles I have published more than 200 SEO-optimised articles on more than five domains. That writing taught me how people search, and I use it in everything I build. 03My story

How Ujjwal Became a Developer and SEO Specialist

I started building websites and working on SEO in 2022, the year I finished my +2. I wrote for a tech site, joined a digital agency in SEO and QA, and became a full-stack developer there in June 2026. Most of my products shipped along the way.

  1. 2016 – 2020

    SEE at Babylon Secondary Boarding School

    Where I first studied computer science alongside mathematics and science. Early lessons in hardware, software and basic programming are what pulled me toward the web.

  2. 2020 – 2022

    +2 in Physical Science

    Vishwa Adarsha College

    Higher secondary education in Physical Science, finished in 2022, the same year my web work began.

    First Websites and First SEO Work

    I started building websites and working on search the same year, and I have done both ever since. It is the work I now offer through my services.

How Does Ujjwal Work with Clients?

You work with me directly, from the first message to launch. I send a written, fixed-scope quote in NPR or USD before any work starts, agree a review schedule with you, and hand over the code, the repository and the logins in your name after the final payment.

  1. You Send a Brief

    Tell me what you need by the contact form, email or WhatsApp. I reply within one working day with questions or a first estimate.

  2. You Get a Written Quote

    Scope, timeline and price in writing, in NPR or USD. The number you agree is the number you pay.

  3. I Build in Steps

    You see progress on a review schedule we agree at the start. Late content is the most common cause of delay, so we plan for it on day one.

  4. Launch & Handover

    Titles, structured data, a sitemap and Search Console set up at launch. The code, repository and accounts are yours.

Nepal is UTC+5:45. I invoice international clients in USD by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal, and I sign an NDA on request.

Security from the First Commit

argon2id passwords, CSRF tokens and a strict Content Security Policy on Nimtto, and HMAC-signed webhooks on Eknas. Where a project still has gaps, as on CivicSathy, I say so in its case study.

Tested Before It Ships

QA bug testing was my first role at Ektukra, and products like Jhino ship with Playwright tests. A bug found before launch costs far less than one a customer finds. Rules that handle money get a logic review.
